We want you to love your TKEES, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printerless drop-off experience.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn footwear in its original TKEES dust bag and box, then secure it inside a shipping mailer with the return label attached.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
